If you’re ever in Northern California and lucky enough to be near the coast, the Marshall Store is definitely a place to grab a clammy bite to eat. Aside from the breathtaking views of lush green from the surrounding mountains as you drive through the Northern Coastline, the diner itself has the perfect view.
The Marshall Store serves up the freshest oysters from Tomales Bay Oyster Company; they’re delicious, sweet, creamy and salty. They also serve up a piping hot bowls of clam chowder, smoked meats, sandwiches, and a delicious grilled cheese. Definitely a great place to stop by if ever in the area. Sometimes it can get extremely busy during popular seasons like the summer, but there are little diners and restaurants to choose from nearby!
I especially love coming here with friends and family, but if you are ever thinking about date days—this is the spot! Yummy food and views. What more can you ask for?
